Let’s try write a diary!

Do you write a diary? I write it twice in a day at morning and night.

MORNING: I write down about in my head. It is OK to write “I don’t know what should I write… ”.

NIGHT: About what I did in a day. For example, “I got up at 7:30, and I worked out at 7:45 etc. ”.

I have more understood myself since I have written a diary. I will continue that in 2019.
